Scan the identity card
The RFID reader captures the card’s unique identifier and sends it securely to AttendBridge.
AttendBridge reads an identity card, verifies the person’s face and sends a trusted attendance event to your existing ERP.
The card identifies the expected person. The camera verifies that the card belongs to the person presenting it. AttendBridge combines both signals before creating the record.

The camera captures the person at the gate and the recognition service compares them with the enrolled identity.
After verification, an entry or exit event is recorded and synchronized with the connected ERP.
A card alone can be shared. A face alone can produce uncertain matches. AttendBridge links both checks to the same entry event, while duplicate filtering prevents repeated scans from creating extra attendance.
REST APIs, webhooks and scheduled exports let AttendBridge exchange people, badge and attendance records with school ERPs, hospital systems, HR platforms and payroll software.
